Chad draws inspiration for some of his works from the faded images he finds in old cookbooks. He works primarily in oil because he likes its thick and creamy texture. He has a very 1950s, retro-Americana look about his works because he says, "I want to capture the details of an imaginary, sugary sweet and glossy era gone by. But there is also an underlying theme of American overindulgence." Stop by and enjoy the show!
