2007 Chardonnay

Our 2007 Chardonnay is a blend of Nevada County grapes produced from the Penn Valley Vineyard and the Plyman Vineyard in Clarksburg in the Sacramento Delta. The wine was cool-fermented and barrel aged in French oak.  It offers delightful aromas of pear, green apple and pineapple balanced with the rich and creamy flavors of toasted vanillin oak.  Delicious as an apéritif and perfect with food, try this wine with grilled chicken or a favorite seafood recipe.
