2008 Chardonnay

Our 2008 Chardonnay is produced from the Plyman Vineyard in Clarksburg in the Sacramento Delta. The wine was cool-fermented and barrel aged in French oak, 50% of which was new oak.   It offers aromas of tangerine, apple and lime balanced with flavors of creamy butter and toasted vanillin oak. Delicious as an apéritif and perfect with food, enjoy it with all your favorite dishes.
