2007 Tempranillo Rosé

Dry Rosés are perhaps the most under appreciated style of wine still to be discovered. This wine is produced from the spicy, flavorful Tempranillo grape of Spanish origins. Here, Tempranillo, a red grape, is crushed, left to soak on the skins to pick up a beautiful rose color, then pressed and fermented. The result is a dry wine with aromas of fresh berries. It is both full-bodied and delicate, crisp, fruity and flavorful.

Tempranillo Rosé Wine Information

Tempranillo traditionally produces full-bodied dark red wines but is also superb as a dry rosé. The lightness of white wine counterbalanced with the full-bodied flavor or red wine, with a dry finish.
