2005 Contour

Our 2005 Directors’ Reserve Contour, a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend, marks the first time we have blended all five of the classic Bordeaux varieties into a single wine. This wine melds the structure, charm and personality of each variety into a balanced, complex wine. The varietal thumbprint of Cabernet Sauvignon shines through the flavor profile now but even more complex and layered aromas and flavors will emerge as this wine continues to develop.

76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 7% Malbec, 3% Petit Verdot
