2008 Sauvignon Blanc, Rocky Ridge Vineyard

Our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious blend of grapefruit, citrus and lime flavors finished in a crisp, dry style. Full flavored and fruity, enjoy this wine as an apéritif or with your favorite seafood, chicken or pasta dishes.

Once again we have bottled this wine with a screw top finish. While some consumers may think this practice controversial, experts within the wine industry have long concluded that screw tops provide an effective, long lasting seal that not only preserves the fruit quality of the wine but also eliminates any possibility of cork taint.
