2005 Chardonnay

      Our 2005 Chardonnay is a blend of Nevada County grapes produced from the Jewett and Smith Vineyards. The wine was cool-fermented and barrel aged in French oak. It offers delightful aromas of pear, green apple and pineapple balanced with the rich and creamy flavors of toasted vanillin oak. Delicious as an apéritif and perfect with food, try this wine with grilled chicken or a favorite seafood recipe.
