2005 Petit Verdot

Petit Verdot, a traditional Bordeaux variety, is known for its deep color and bold tannins. Rarely bottled as a varietal, it is typically used to add depth and body as part of a Cabernet blend.

Inky black in color, the 2005 vintage is densely packed with aromas of black currants, blackberries, spice and chocolate. Full-bodied with solid tannins and great structure, this robust wine the perfect compliment to beef.
