2007 Sonata

Blending is the winemaker's art, taking different wines, creating one. Here Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc make perfect partners. The 2007 Sonata is finished in convenient, easy to open screwcaps which happily offer no possible threat of the wine ever being corked.
