Enjoy a four-course dinner expertly paired with wines from the renowned Nevada City Winery. Winemaker Cathy Lee will guide you through each pairing, sharing insights and stories behind the wines that make this experience truly special.

🍽️ Menu & Pairings:

1st Course: Royal Harvest Salad — a vibrant mix of arugula, spring greens, goat cheese, strawberries, red onion, and candied walnuts dressed in champagne vinaigrette. Paired with: 2020 Sonata

2nd Course: Ceviche (or vegetarian option) — a refreshing and zesty dish to awaken the palate Paired with: 2021 Chardonnay

3rd Course (choice of one entrée):

• Chicken Marsala — tender chicken in a rich Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, served with tri-color quinoa and seasonal vegetables. Paired with: 2023 Sangiovese

• Vegetarian Pesto Pasta — fettuccine tossed in pesto and topped with seasonal veggies, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, fried capers, and parmesan. Paired with: 2023 Sangiovese

• Tri-Tip — juicy tri-tip served with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and seasonal vegetables. Paired with: 2023 Cabernet Franc

4th Course: New York Cheesecake — a decadent homemade dessert to end the evening on a sweet note. Paired with: 2016 Dolcetto
