An Invitation to Join

Nevada City Winery's Wine Club Membership is a subscription to receive a selection of wines quarterly. Every three months, members have the option to receive all red wines, white wines, or a combination of both. They decide how many bottles they receive each quarter by selecting from our three wine club options. Members can choose to pick up their wines in the Tasting Room or ship them to their home. There is no fee to join, in fact, members receive discounts on all of the bottles in their club as well as all additional bottles they purchase. They also receive a plethora of other benefits.

Terms & Conditions


Members must be 21 years of age or older. Membership benefits are effective immediately upon payment for your first release or when you make an equivalent purchase. Membership is for a minimum of one year. Cancelation before the full year commitment will result in a $50 administration fee plus a charge equal to all membership discounts you received. Signing up for a wine club membership means you authorize Nevada City Winery to automatically charge the credit card you provide. It is your obligation to notify us of any account changes. Membership may be canceled with a 30-day written notice after your fourth club release. All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing to wineclub@ncwinery.com.  Members are responsible for all orders that were billed prior to the notice of cancelation.

All wine deliveries must be received by a person 21 years of age or older and verification of age is required. If wine is returned or redirected as a result of the inability to provide age verification, bad address, or missed delivery attempts, all associated costs will be the responsibility of, and charged to, the customer.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

If you opt to pick up your club wines, Nevada City Winery will hold them until the next release (3 months), after which time your wine will be shipped and associated fees will be applied to your account.
