HOST YOUR EVENT
in the Tasting Room

Choose the package that best meets your needs

Gold

Accommodates 50 people for up to five hours

Rental Fee
$1,000 Monday – Thursday ($250 for each additional hour) 
$1,500 Friday ($350 for each additional hour)
$3,000 Saturday ($750 for each additional hour)
$2,000 Sunday ($500 for each additional hour)

Additional Fees
  • A minimum wine purchase of $500 or one case per 25 guests – whichever is higher.
  • An 18% gratuity added to beverage service.
This Package Includes -
  • Use of the facility as-is.
  • Up to 5 hours of venue access, including setup and teardown.
  • A one-hour event consultation with your host.
  • Access to the Tasting Room, Art Gallery, Wine Library, Covered Patio, and Wine Garden. 
  • Cocktail-style casual seating.
  • Seven buffet tables with white linens for your particular use (Two 2 x 8’ tables, four 4 x 6’ tables, and one 1 x 5’ table).
  • An on-site event host for the duration of the rental.
  • Bar service and staff.
  • A bluetooth sound system for broadcasting personal music.
  • Free parking on premises.

Double Gold

Accommodates 80 guests cocktail-style or 40 guests formally seated
Additional $1,500
 
This package includes everything from the Gold package PLUS -
  • Staff to prepare the facility to your specifications (removing furniture, etc.)
  • Two one-hour event consultations with your host.
  • An on-site event host for the duration of the rental.
  • Banquet style non-alcoholic beverage service including coffee, ice tea, or infused water.
  • Beer and soft drink service (at an additional cost).
  • Tri-fold privacy screens to conceal the winery’s merchandise.
  • 20 foldable white chairs for your particular use.
  • A TV monitor for slide shows.
  • Janitorial services.

Best of Class

Accommodates 125 guests cocktail-style or 40 guests formally seated
Additional $3,500
This package includes everything from the Double Gold package PLUS -
  • Full event consultation, planning, and management services.
    • Catering management.
    • Formal seated service coordination (tables & chairs).
    • Linens (colored tablecloths and napkins).
    • Place setting arrangements (glassware, flatware, and plates).
    • Live music arrangements (at an additional cost).
  • Staff for setup and teardown.
  • A sound system (speaker, microphone, and stand).
  • A champagne or sparkling cider toast.
  • Candles and votives.

Host your event in the Barrel Room for an extra special experience

Gold

Accommodates 125 guests cocktail-style or 80 guests formally seated
Rental Fee: $5,000
 

Additional Fees

  • A minimum wine purchase of $500 or one case per 25 guests – whichever is higher.

  • An 18% gratuity to beverage service.

Barrel Room Destination Wedding

Host your Ceremony & Reception in the Barrel Room and get $3,000 OFF your venue rental price.
Rental Fee: Varies depending on your selected Reception & Ceremony packages.
 
This Option Also Includes -
  • A fully-staffed gathering area for guests to enjoy a glass of wine while the Barrel Room is transformed for the reception.
  • Staff to tansition the space for your reception.
Please Note: 
The combined rental time of the Ceremony & Reception cannot exceed 8 hours. This is accounted for in the $3,000 price reduction.
