Dessert Wine Reduction Tasting Experience

3:00–5:00 PM | $8 for club members, $12 for general public

We are delighted to present an exquisite selection of dishes, each enhanced by the rich, velvety notes of our dessert wine reduction. This experience includes a sample of our Dulcinea dessert wine from which our reduction was made, as well as four small bites of specially crafted dishes designed to tantalize your tastebuds like never before. 

 

Savor the perfect harmony of flavors with our specially crafted menu:

• Begin your culinary adventure with a toasted crostini topped with a ricotta herb spread and adorned with fresh fruit and a delicate dessert wine reduction drizzle.
• Next, delight in the delectable combination of fingerling potato and succulent pork loin, elevated to new heights with the luscious infusion of our exquisite dessert wine reduction.
• Experience the refreshing burst of flavor from vibrant arugula and tangy feta cheese, accentuated by the delightful nuances of our dessert wine reduction drizzle.

Live Music 

4:00–7:00 PM

We have secured the talented Ray Laflin from Dream & the Dreamer to grace our afternoon with a live performance. Stay awhile! Live music, fireside seating, good wine, and good company will extend throughout the evening.

No Table Reservations Required In order to best accommodate all of our guests, we will not be taking table reservations for this event. All tables in the tasting room will be first-come first-serve and all purchases will take place at the bar. Not to worry, there will be plenty of wine and seating for everyone!

Charcuterie Reservations Recommended Although we are not taking table reservations, we highly recommend reserving a charcuterie board for your visit. RESERVATIONS

About Wine Club

This event takes place on the day of our March Wine Club Release! We have designed this celebration to thank our Wine Club Members and prepare their wines for pickup. This creates the perfect opportunity to meet fellow Wine Club Members, share passion for wine, and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded enthusiasts. All club wines will be prepared for pickup at our dedicated wine club table beside the bar.
