About the Musician: A Nevada County treasure, George Souza is a versatile guitarist whose performances blend flamenco, jazz, blues, and contemporary favorites. His warm presence and vibrant playing style bring great energy to every performance.
A true multi-instrumentalist, George plays an array of guitars—12-string, steel string, and flamenco—as well as electric bass, trumpet, and flugelhorn. His sets often feature a mix of original melodies alongside classics ranging from “Somewhere My Love” to “Luckenbach, Texas.”
