We are thrilled to announce that our 2012 Dolcetto, released in January, won a Double Gold Medal at New World International Wine Competition! -And just announced, Platinum and 96 Points at Consumer Wine Awards! "Dolcetto, like Barbera, is another northern Italian varietal that seems perfect for our region," comments Winemaker Mark Foster. This 2012 Dolcetto is loaded with aromas bursting with floral notes of roses, spice, dusty berry and bright cranberry. It is a delightful wine combining a rich full-bodied mid-palate, luscious fruit, good acidity and a bit of oomph on the back end. And Dolcetto is incredibly food friendly! Other medals included a Silver for our 2012 Rough & Ready and Bronzes for 2011 Merlot and 2012 Viognier.
Outstanding art by creative individuals! Join your friends at the Winery to enjoy the art and share an glass of wine, featuring the Gold Medal winning 2010 Sangiovese, 2011 Zinfandel or the new 2012 Dolcetto. Wines available by the glass or bottle.
This Barbera offers complex aromas of plums, mocha, cola and spice with a hint of earthiness on the palate that is balanced with bright crisp flavors of black cherry. Delicious! 25% off on 6 bottles, 30% off for Club Members.
